Hi, I’m Negin.

My work is not something I learned only through study...
It’s something I was shaped by.

Growing up, I experienced what it means to suppress your voice, your creativity, and your expression.

 

There were parts of me that learned to stay quiet, to adapt, to fit into spaces that didn’t fully allow me to be who I was.

Over time, that disconnection began to show up in different ways, through relationships, through inner struggles, and through a deep feeling that something within me was not fully being lived.

My journey into personal development began through those experiences, trying to understand myself, to heal, and to find a sense of truth within my life.

​

But the real turning point came when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

​

That moment changed everything.

It wasn’t just about physical health, it was a wake-up call.

A moment that asked me to truly look at how I was living, what I was holding inside, and what I was not expressing.

​

I realised I couldn’t continue living disconnected from myself.

That was the moment I began to listen...deeply.

​

To my body.
To my emotions.
To what my soul was asking of me.

​

Through expressive art, movement, and inner work, I began reconnecting with myself in a way I never had before.

And from that place… Inner Diamondz was born.

​

Today, I hold space for women who feel that same quiet disconnection, 
women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, their creativity, and their truth.

​

Not by fixing themselves,
but by remembering who they are.
