Each class is 60 minutes on Zoom and designed to be simple, nourishing, and transformative.
Every Wednesday, 7:00 – 8:00 PM (Sydney time) Starting from September 10th.

What you will need:
Paper or your journal, a pen, some basic art supplies like pastels, crayons, or watercolour (doesn't need to be anything fancy or expensive, the basic colouring supplies will do!)
No artistic skills are required. All expressions are valuable and beautiful.
Create your own relaxing atmosphere.
Light a candle, make yourself a delicious cup of tea, and create a calming space, however that looks to you. Make sure you won't be disturbed for the duration of our time together.
