Terms and Conditions These Client Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between InnerDiamondz – Negin Shaygan ("Provider") and the client ("Client") for the provision of life coaching and expressive art services. By engaging in these services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms. 1. Nature of Services 1.1 The Provider offers life coaching and expressive art services, which are considered alternative and complementary forms of support. 1.2 The Provider is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other registered health professional. Coaching and expressive arts are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. 1.3 If the Client is currently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional or has been prescribed medication, the Client is encouraged to notify their provider before commencing coaching. The Client understands that participation is voluntary and does not replace medical advice or treatment. 2. Services 2.1 The Coach agrees to provide life coaching and expressive art services to the Client. 2.2 Session details, including duration, frequency, and location (online or in-person), will be agreed upon in writing or verbally prior to commencement. 3. Client Responsibilities 3.1 The Client agrees to actively participate in sessions and acknowledges that their progress depends on their own commitment and actions. 3.2 The Client accepts that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and any decisions made are solely the Client’s responsibility. 4. Confidentiality & Privacy 4.1 The Coach will keep all information shared during sessions confidential, except where: (a) the Client provides explicit written consent; or (b) disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons. 4.2 Sessions will only be recorded with the Client’s prior consent. Recordings and client information will be stored securely and handled in line with applicable privacy laws. 5. Fees & Payment 5.1 Fees for services will be confirmed in advance and are payable according to the agreed terms. 5.2 Payments are non-refundable once the service or program has commenced. 5.3 In the event of late or non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling 6.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 6.2 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notification, will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable. 7. Termination 7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. 7.2 The Client remains responsible for payment of all fees for services provided up to the date of termination. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 The Coach agrees to provide services with professional care and to the best of their abilities. However, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. 8.2 The Client understands and agrees that the Coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in coaching or expressive arts services. 8.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach and InnerDiamondz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation. 9. No Guarantees of Results or Earnings 9.1 InnerDiamondz does not make any guarantees about personal results, business outcomes, or financial earnings. 9.2 The Client understands that testimonials, case studies, or examples shared are not promises of future outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. 10. Governing Law 10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. 11. Additional Notices 11.1 InnerDiamondz is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries. 11.2 These Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
